It is the policy of Copperstone Dental to bill your insurance for your convenience. We do ask for payment of your co-insurance amount at the time of service. Payment options include cash, check, major bank credit, debit cards, and CareCredit. For those who do not know what CareCredit is, it is a third-party financing company that offers little-to-no interest payment plans. CareCredit is North America’s leading patient payment program. It offers a full range of paymentcar plans designed to meet our patients’ financial needs. With the popular No-Interest Payment Plans, there are cno interest charges if the balance is paid in full within the specified time period. Or, if you prefer an even lower monthly payment, you can choose the low-interest, Extended Payment Plans for procedure fees $1,000 and up. Plus, there are no annual fees, no upfront costs, and no pre-payment penalties. Please contact our office for more details.

Outstanding insurance payments more than 30 days late will be re-billed to the insurance provider. If 60 days pass with no payment from your insurance, the balance due will be expected from the patient and we will ask for you to be involved in contacting your insurance company for payment or reimbursement./p>
A 5 percent courtesy discount is extended for payment by cash or check, at the time of service only, for our patients who are not covered by dental insurance. The only time this discount will apply to insured patients is during treatment of a non-covered procedure (i.e. if a dental implant is excluded you’re your insurance coverage). A 5 percent courtesy discount is also offered for uninsured patients over the age of 60. This discount applies to every form of payment.
For a more efficient visit at Copperstone Dental, we have provided the following patient forms. We invite you to print the forms out, complete them at home, and bring them into the office with you when you have your appointment. By doing so, your wait time at our practice will be cut exponentially and Dr. Matthew Tuft will be able to offer his dental services much faster. We work hard to provide exceptional dental care in Meridian, Idaho, and we plan to do so with additional help from you!
