Copperstone Dental

Financial Information and Options

It is the policy of Copperstone Dental to bill your dental insurance for your convenience. We do request that you pay your co-insurance or estimated portion at the time of services being rendered. Payment options include cash, checks, major bank credit cards, and debit cards. If you are unable to pay your co-insurance or estimated portion at the time of service, we do offer little-to-no-interest payment plans with Mountain America Credit Union, Lending Club, and Care Credit. These are third-party financing companies that offer as little as 6-month payments or up to 72-month payments.

We work with many in-network insurance companies:

  • Ameritas
  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross
  • Blue Cross or Blue Shield
  • Careington
  • Cigna (excludes Advantage)
  • Connection
  • Delta Dental PPO
  • Guardian
  • Humana
  • Medicare Advantage
  • MetLife PPO
  • Principal
  • Sunlife
  • United Concordia
  • United Health Care

If your insurance is not listed above, we would be happy to do complimentary benefits checks to verify your network status.

Outstanding insurance payments that are more than 30 days late will be re-billed to the insurance provider. If 60 days pass with no payment from your insurance, the balance will be expected from the patient, and we will ask for you to be involved in contacting your insurance company for payment or reimbursement.
